The 5 steps
Call or request
Tell us about the project, your budget and your timing. We will tell you straight away if it's something we do.
Site visit
Sam visits, measures and talks through options with you. For foundations and elevation we also check drainage, levels and the flood zone.
Design and selections
We agree the layout and materials. If you want to see it first, we produce 3D renderings.
Fixed written price
A line-by-line scope listing the work, the materials and the schedule, with 1 price.
Build and handover
Licensed trades, a clean site, regular updates, a final walkthrough and your warranty in writing.
What "fixed price" means
Many contractors win jobs with a low number and loose allowances, then raise the price with change orders once the walls are open. We price the work properly before we start. If something is uncertain (what is behind a wall, the state of a slab), we say so in writing and explain how it is handled.

Payments
Payments follow the stages of the work, set out in your contract. You never pay far ahead of the work done.
Communication
You will know who to call, what is happening this week and what is next. We send photo updates at key stages, including the work that gets covered up.
